Boss incognito: who is the boss of the show on September 15 on M6?

This Thursday, September 15, M6 will broadcast a new episode of Patron incognito. For the occasion, it is Guy Gérault, general manager of Brit Hotel, who will infiltrate the hotels of his company and meet his employees.

Immersion in the hotel industry. In the next unpublished issue of Incognito boss, broadcast this Thursday, September 15 on M6, a new entrepreneur will try to infiltrate his own company. And this time, the boss in question is Guy Gerault, general manager of Brit Hotel, a chain of 160 hotel and restaurant establishments. Created in 1993, in the Côtes d’Armor, the company quickly developed throughout France to become today the 8th hotel network in the territory.

Brit Hotel is also an atypical hotel network because each establishment retains its own identity, name and style, unlike traditional hotel chains. Unfortunately, like many companies, especially in the hospitality sector, the company has taken the full brunt of the health crisis.

Guy Gérault goes to meet his employees

It is in this context that Guy Gérault will pretend to be a certain Olivier Martin, author of a book on hotel management. The boss will thus meet three employees exercising different professions: Eva, a waitress, Dominique, a chef and Annie, a chambermaid. By discovering the daily life of his employees and by talking with them, Guy Gérault hopes to find solutions that will allow him to recover from this health crisis.

And in an attempt not to be unmasked, the leader had to hide his true physical appearance to go incognito. So he ditched the dress shoes and suit jackets to don a wig, a pair of glasses and sneakers to make him unrecognizable. He also grew a two-month beard. “I thought it gave me a pretty cool look. I didn’t recognize myself at all. It reassured me for the immersion part where I didn’t feel like I was disguised”, he notably entrusted to our colleagues from Télé-Loisirs. Hoping for the leader that his employees will not discover his true identity.
