Boss incognito: who is the boss of this Monday, August 1?

M6 is broadcasting a new episode of Boss Incognito this Monday in prime time. Who are the bosses who agreed to make up their faces to infiltrate the backstage of their company? Answer.

After Finsbury, Happy Cash or Nabab KebabM6 convinced two business leaders to take part in the experiment Incognito boss. This Monday, the channel is broadcasting a new episode at 9:10 p.m. with not one, but two bosses: Ouriel Hodara and Emmanuel Tedesco. The two men opened Yogurt Factory in 2011, this frozen yogurt chain with toppings that is a hit in France. Three months ago, it celebrated the opening of its 60th point of sale.

Ouriel Hodara and Emmanuel Tedesco made up to pretend to be simple employees, freshly arrived. The goal? An immersion behind the scenes of their stores to see how their employees work. But also to realize the reality on the ground. How the “incognito bosses” did they experience the filming? “It was a great experience, I hope you will like the final result”announced Ouriel Hodara on LinkedIn, eager to see the final cut on the small screen.

Two bosses from HEC

Who is Ouriel Hodara ? Before launching Yogurt Factory, this HEC graduate worked at Microsoft as a marketing coordinator and at the consulting firm Gallileo, as a market researcher in the health sectors.

Emmanuel Tedesco, he was Project Manager at HEC Junior Conseil, then Strategy and Development Department at Clear Channel France, then Product Manager at Inter Parfums. Two profiles that complement each other perfectly.
