Boston Marathon 2024: This is how you can watch the event for free on TV and live stream

On Monday afternoon in Boston it’s time to put on your running shoes because the 128th edition of the famous Boston Marathon is starting. After Paris last weekend, the legendary 42.195 kilometers in the USA from Hopkinton to Boylston Street. The route initially follows Route 135 and then joins Route 16. It then passes Newton Lower Falls and the Newton Fire Station, which leads runners to Route 30. Then it goes through the Newton Hills, past the Chestnut Reservoir to Cleveland Circle. The last five kilometers then lead to the finish line on Boylston Street.

The starting signal for the best groups of men and women begins at 3:37 p.m. Shortly beforehand, some supporting groups will start. The race will be broadcast live on free TV on Eurosport 1 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
