A serious accident occurred in Arbesbach (Lower Austria) on Saturday afternoon. After a winch overturned, a 75-year-old and his one-and-a-half-year-old grandchild were injured to an undetermined degree.
The exact course of the accident is still unclear. There was also no exact information on the respective degree of injury. According to the police, the two trapped people were freed by witnesses. As the “NÖN” reported, a farm was the scene of the event. Two emergency helicopters were therefore requested. The toddler was transported by helicopter to a Linz clinic, the senior ultimately from the rescue to the Zwettl state clinic.
