(Boursier.com) — Bourrelier Group indicates that the publication of the 2023 annual results, which was initially scheduled to take place before April 30, has been postponed to May 31 due in particular to the time needed to integrate the latest investments in the consolidation of Bourrelier Group.
Bourrelier Group communicates the next dates of its 2024 financial calendar, which is published for purely indicative purposes and subject to subsequent modifications. The publication of the financial press releases will take place after the close of negotiations on Euronext Growth, according to the following agenda.
– May 31, 2024: 2023 annual results
– May 31, 2024: 2023 annual report
– June 25, 2024: Annual general meeting
– July 18, 2024: Revenue for the first half of 2024
– October 25, 2024: Activity report and half-year accounts 2024.
The convening of the Annual General Meeting on June 25 will give rise to a prior notice of the meeting published in the Bulletin of Legal and Obligatory Announcements, in accordance with the applicable law and regulations.
