BoursoBank launches a new real estate loan with a great rate

BoursoBank announced the launch of a co-responsible real estate loan offer. Borrowers purchasing a property classified A, B or C at the DPE will thus be able to claim a reduction on their property loan.

25 points less compared to the real estate loan rates currently offered on the market, tempting you? This is the offer offered by BoursoBank, which is launching a co-responsible real estate loan to its customers this Monday, November 20. The latter takes the form of a reduction on the rate of their property loan, valid for the entire duration of the loan, as long as the financed property is rated A, B or C according to the Energy Performance Diagnostic (EPD).

BoursoBank’s desire: to continue to make its offer greener. We have already done this on savings, but also on credit, with the co-responsible personal loan, recalls Xavier Prin, marketing and communications director of BoursoBank. Our real estate loan is therefore part of this trend, all in a 100% online format.

0.25% less in exchange for a class A, B or C DPE

Concretely, how does it work? The subscription process is still as simple as ever, explains Xavier Prin. During the simulation, the customer will enter the rating of the property. If the property is class A, B or C, the customer will directly see the discount to which he is entitled. Then, when filling out their supporting documents, the customer will just have to add their DPE. Once verified, the customer will directly benefit from this 0.25% discount compared to a traditional credit rate. For example, our 20-year credit rate for a person who borrows 400,000 euros is currently 3.59%. If he buys a property class A, B or C, he will obtain a credit rate of 3.34%, i.e. a saving of 12,000 euros on your credit.

For Xavier Prin, buying this type of energetically virtuous good is also in the customer’s interest, these are goods that will be better valued in the future. But initially, these are goods that also cost moreso this credit allows you to pay a little less interest to compensate.

What about buyers who buy a thermal strainer but undertake to carry out renovation work? Today, a borrower who buys a poorly classified property and who would like to carry out renovation work can go through a co-responsible personal loan BoursoBank. We are not stopping ourselves from thinking about another solution in the future, even if it is a little more complex because it would take a DPE before/after to justify a preferential rate, judges the marketing and communications director of BoursoBank.
