Bouygues: First stone laid for a project in Grenoble

[ad_1]

(CercleFinance.com) – Linkcity, the real estate development subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, announced Thursday that it had laid the first stone of Clos Saint Jacques, a project being carried out in Grenoble.

The real estate complex – designed by Linkcity and built by Bouygues Bâtiment – must notably include a residence for young workers with 60 housing units, as well as 13 housing units under joint lease to encourage access to low-income households.

The apartments, which range from T2 to T5, all benefit from a private outdoor space (balconies, terraces or loggias).

In terms of environmental performance, the exterior spaces (heart of the block and roofs) will be landscaped and planted and the project will be connected to the city of Grenoble’s district heating network, more than 85% powered by green energy.

Photovoltaic panels will also be deployed on the roof.

On the site is also Villa Favel, a former mansion, part of the heritage and history of Grenoble, destined to become a place of training.

The work, which began in December 2023, is expected to be completed in fall 2025.
