(CercleFinance.com) – Linkcity, the real estate development subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, indicates that it has received the building permit for the creation of a seminar center on the Château de Degrés estate in Gragnague, in the Toulouse metropolitan area.
The project is based on a slight renovation of the castle, the renovation and extension of a barn to create a catering area, as well as the creation of two accommodation buildings and another dedicated to seminars.
This center, focused on nature and traditions, will be BREEAM certified, ensuring high environmental performance of the building. Work will start in the second quarter of 2024 with delivery expected in the third quarter of 2025.
