Off to a flying start for Fifi’s Band’s new Alibi! Philippe Lacheau brings together more than 173,635 spectators (including 80,917 in AVP) for the first day of the film. An excellent score, in the face of competition from Avatar 2 and Asterix and Obelix which always bring together a large audience, in this context of school holidays. Alibi.com 2 totals a score very close to the first part, slightly lower: 173,635 admissions Vs 182,009 admissions in February 2017. For the record, Alibi.com is to date the biggest success of the Philippe Lacheau band. The film ended its career with 3.6 million admissions.
The family films released this Wednesday monopolize the rest of the ranking, with Sacred mummies (37,213 admissions (including 13,013 in AVP)), Zodi and Tehu, brothers of the desert (16,690 admissions (including 7,706 in AVP)), and Les Frosted heads (13,279 entries (including 7,628 in AVP)). Finally, in brief, note the very good re-release score of Titanic beyond 25,000 entries.
