Good start for Les Cyclades, which starts first day in France on January 11, 2023. This is the best start for director Marc Fitoussi, ahead of Les Appearances with Karin Viard, released in 2020. The film also gets off to a better start than Antoinette in the Cévennes, which is, to date, the greatest success of actress Laure Calamy, distinguished with a César in 2021 for this film.
The horror film The Demon’s Grip couldn’t top The Cyclades, but still attracted more than 14,000 onlookers. He is closely followed by L’Immensità, with Penelope Cruz. This film is the best start of its director, the Italian Emmanuele Crialese.
Les Cadors by Julien Guetta, with Jean-Paul Rouve and Grégoire Ludig, came 4th with 8,335 admissions.
