Boxing: a referee falls KO after an involuntary blow from a fighter (video)

A boxing referee had to stop officiating in the middle of a fight after being hit and falling to the ground.

This is the most unexpected knockout seen in a boxing ring. The Mexican Jesus Granados thought he was quietly officiating the fight between Irving Turrubiartes and Gerardo Valenzuela. But while everything was going as normally as possible in the hall of Chihuahua, Mexico, he was accidentally hit in the chest ten seconds from the end of the third round.

In bad shape, the referee then held back until the bell rang. He then rolled to the side and required medical assistance. The doctors then decided to arrest him and he was transported to the locker room on a stretcher.

According to the Azteca TV channel, the judge was then able to leave by his own means from the Rodrigo Quevedo gymnasium.

Another referee present then entered the ring to continue the fight, which saw the victory of Turrubiartes by KO in the 7and reprise.
