Brad Pitt and Oprah Winfrey team up. With their production companies, they are involved in a special film project.

The bestseller "The Water Dancer" by the American author Ta-Nehisi Coates (45) is being made into a film. As early as 2014, the two companies worked together and produced the film "Selma" together. Brad Pitt has already won an Oscar as a producer: In 2014, "12 Years a Slave" was named the best film. It was the first Oscar of his career. In 2020 the second golden boy followed as best supporting actor in "Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood".
