Brad Pitt is having “problems” getting back into the dating scene after his divorce from Angelina Jolie, and for a very specific reason.
Brad Pitt, 57, has been on a roller coaster ride of emotions following his nasty divorce from Angelina Jolie, 46. Despite the never-ending war of the roses for the joint million dollar fortune and the six children with Angelina, the likeable Hollywood star has not given up hope for the right woman for life to this day. It’s been five years since he and Angelina split – since then he’s been single almost consistently.

Brad Pitt “would love to date his ex-wife again amid the ongoing drama, but there is a fundamental problem,” a source told UsWeekly. “The problem is that he basically hates the process of dating and that he can’t even innocently meet someone for a coffee without talking about it afterwards,” the source continued. The 57-year-old Oscar winner had to witness how his love life in the past has been scrutinized in public over the years.

Brad has learned, however, that this is the price of fame. Again and again a new girlfriend was publicly suggested to him before anything could come about. The “Ocean’s Eleven” actor is said to have been with Alia Shawkat, 52, in November 2019, before fans wanted to reunite him with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, 52, in early 2020. More recently, he’s been linked to Andra Day, 36 – but she doesn’t even know how the rumor came about. “We’re not together. We don’t even know each other. It’s hilarious. It was thin air,” the singer told Entertainment Tonight in June. Before diving into the dating pool again, Pitt wants to leave his past with Jolie behind and close the chapter of this war of divorce for the first time. “Brad hopes that one day he and Angelina will find a way to forgive each other and move forward, not least for the sake of the children,” a source told us recently. “He hates all that bad blood.”
