In order to allow the finalization of the computer migration of Crdit du Nord group customers to the SG information system, here comes a second weekend of unavailability for many banking services, after a first weekend in March. In a press release, the group specifies that this second wave of migration on May 13 and 14 affects the banks Courtois, Crdit du Nord, Kolb, Socit Marseillaise de Crdit and Socit de Banque Monaco, the first wave carried out in mid-March having affected the banks Laydernier, Nuger, Rhne-Alpes and Tarneaud.
Unavailability for all SG customers!
But the temporary unavailability of the weekend affects all of the group’s customers, including former Socit Generale who have become SG customers. The ddi website customer support for this migration announces three main inconveniences this weekend:
- Your online customer area and since mobile app will be unavailable between Friday May 12 11 p.m. and Monday May 15 morning. Thus, it will not be possible to perform management operations on your accounts from your customer area (transfers, increase in card limits, registration of your card on paylib), nor to place stock market orders.
- You will also not be able to receive instant transfers from Friday May 12 at midnight to Sunday May 14 at 8 a.m. Transfers [instantans] put will be rejected, and your interlocutors will be informed of this rejection.
- THE agencies and the customer relations center distance will be closed this Saturday, May 13.
And SG to reassure: You can, of course, continue to use your means of payment during this period.. Paying by card or making withdrawals and deposits at the distributor remains possible.

The remote customer relations center will be closed from Friday 5:30 p.m., and the app like the online banking space will be unavailable from Friday 4 p.m. to Tuesday morning.
As a reminder, after this transfer, the customers of the Crédit du Nord group will change their habits in terms of remote banking: From the technical transfer of your account, you benefit from the mobile application of your new bank: SG App. To access your history, initiate your transfers or order a checkbook, this will go through this app available on Apple, Android and Huawei.
You also have to receive a new bank ID. On the other hand, the confidential code does not change for the moment.
