Four hooded people who came to testify on Friday in the program Touche pas à mon poste (TPMP) on C8 by Cyril Hanouna, presented as members of the brigade, are suspected of having usurped their function.

An intolerable television intervention in the eyes of the Paris police chief. Laurent Nunez announced on Friday evening March 31 the opening of an administrative investigation and the referral to justice after the presence of four people claiming to be BRAV-M (motorcycle police officers) in Cyril Hanouna’s TPMP program. “The first elements in our possession suggest that these people do not belong to the BRAV-M (Brigade for the suppression of violent actions – motorcyclist)»wrote the police headquarters (PP) in a tweet. “In any event, the prefect of police opens an administrative investigation and seizes the public prosecutor of Paris”added PP.

Friday, in the program Touche pas à mon poste (TPMP) on C8 by Cyril Hanouna, four people, with hooded faces, black hoods on their heads and modified voices, presented themselves as being members of the BRAV-M , an orange armband marked police on the arm. They explained that the people they had to deal with in demonstrations were “Black bloc determined to (THE) kill”. THE “Black Bloc are the demonstrators’ worst enemies and we are the demonstrators’ best friends”said one of them. “We were really created to seek out the most radical and violent elements”.

Arcom, the media regulator, told AFP on Saturday morning that it was also “seized by viewers“. The authority, according to itsusual procedure“, goes “view the sequence in question and instruct it if necessary“.

Two out of four would be part of the Brav-M

One of them communicated on Instagram from the premises of C8. Cédric Vladimir, a former police officer dismissed last December, claimed to have gone “transmit (…) the word” of its “BRAV-M comrades“. “Whenever I can make your voice heard and give you the floor, I will!“, he continued. Contacted by Le Figarohe claims, however, that the four other hooded men are “many policemen; some from the BRAV-M, others from specialized units“. An unverifiable assertion for the moment. If they are not all part of the intervention brigade much criticized in recent days, “all are very experienced police officers“, he insisted, rejecting any desire to deceive viewers.

Quoted by Jean-Marc Morandini’s blog, the production of the show said on Saturday morning that it had “proof that they are indeed four police officers, including two from the Brav-M“. However, according to AFP, which cites concordant sources familiar with the matter, none is a member of BRAV-M. One is stationed in Yvelines, another in Val-de-Marne and the woman is in Seine-Saint-Denis. These three people would be close to Cédric.

There are indeed two members of the Brav-M on the set, I can confirm it to you and it is a certainty“said a member of the production wishing to remain anonymous. “I have in front of me the copies of police cards of all the people on the set and two of them are indeed Brav-M, the other two, as has also been indicated, are police officers from the units law enforcement specialists“. Contacted by us, the production did not wish to add any further comment.
