Brawlhalla breaks a new cashprize record in the FGC

For its seventh season, Brawlhalla hits even harder by putting on the table a total cash prize of $1,320,000. This cashprize will be distributed among the various events throughout the year, before the climax during the world finals, the total amount of which will be $500,000. Players will be able to qualify by accumulating points during the 4 seasonal championships, including the winter one which will begin at the end of January. These championships will be divided into 4 regions: Europe, North America, South America and Australia/South East Asia, each region having its own championship (for a total of 16 championships over the year, 4 seasons x 4 regions) . Each of them will have its own cashprize, although differences in amount exist within regions.

Distribution of the cashprize in the different regions

In addition to the various championships, other unique shows will be organized to spice it up. Currently, a 3v3 team invitational, the Omen Oasis Championship, the Mid Season Invitational, another Invitational exclusively for Japanese players which will be the first invitational tournament on Brawlhalla in the Japanese archipelago, and of course the world finals have been announced. The studio doesn’t seem to be planning to add any later this year, so that should be it for official circuit tournaments. If you want to participate, you just need to have a Smash.GG account and click on this link which will take you directly to the registration page. Don’t hesitate to make sure the European title stays at home, after Swata’s victory in 2021.
