Phoebe Dynevor alias Daphne Bridgerton is young – and radiantly beautiful. The make-up artists of the Netflix hit series have now revealed how we can easily make up the dewy look of the Duchess.
Hands up, who searched "Bridgerton" within two days? The Netflix mega hit makes hearts beat faster worldwide and we understand why: a lot of romance, even more sex, hot actors and looks that take us into the dazzling world during the Regency era. But not only the six-packs of the male cast or the opulent costumes of the leading actresses deserve a second look, the series also has a lot to offer in terms of beauty.
Hair and make-up designer Marc Pilcher and hair and make-up supervisor Lynda Pearce talked to British glamor about the sewing box and revealed, among other things, how the flawless porcelain complexion à la Daphne Bridgerton can be achieved. Audrey Hepburn served as a model for the styling in the film "War and Peace", which is also set in the Regency era and is similarly radiant.

For the glowy skin look, the make-up artists relied on light products that didn't paste the fine skin of actress Phoebe Dynevor too much: "We used that for the base Banana Bright Face Primer by Ole Hendriksen and gave the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation by Chanel to create a fresh and dewy look ", Marc Pilcher told" Glamor ".
The radiant complexion of the Bridgerton ladies is the most important thing about the Regency look.
