Unsurprisingly, the first part of season 3 of Bridgerton, available since May 16 on Netflix, is a hit. Fans were finally able to see the birth of the relationship of one of the couples most awaited by readers of Julia Quinn’s novels, from which the series is based.
The romance between Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) finally takes shape and the two best friends will become lovers, despite the obstacles they will have to face.
This is THE scene that all the fans are talking about…
We have to wait until the end of the fourth episode of this first part for Colin to finally confess his love to Penelope in the carriage which takes them home after a ball where the young Bridgerton prevents Penelope from accepting Lord Debling’s marriage proposal.
And this scene is already cult. And for good reason, the scene takes a very sensual turn since after exchanging a kiss, the two lovebirds let themselves be carried away by their passion, to the point of sharing a first moment of intimacy before they arrive in front of the house of Bridgerton. There, Colin comes out and asks her to marry him.
And this sequence is the one that all the fans are talking about on social networks. Sensual scenes are common in the Bridgerton Chronicles series, but this intimate sequence in the carriage between Colin and Penelope was eagerly awaited by fans. And the public loved it all the more, because it has a special flavor thanks to the music that accompanies it.

The Bridgerton Chronicle soundtrack is known for being composed of pop music revisited in a baroque instrumental version. And the sensual sequence in the carriage between Colin and Penelope is accompanied by a revisit of “Give Me Everything” by Pitbull (aka Mister Worldwide) featuring Afrojack and Ne-Yo.
The rapper and producer expressed his joy at seeing his hit being used in the Netflix series on social media in an interaction with the platform.
