(AOF) – BrightSpring Health Services, a health services platform supported by the American investment fund KKR, filed a new application for an IPO in New York last night. This platform is thus relaunching its IPO project more than a year after having suspended it due to economic uncertainties. BrightSpring withdrew its IPO in November 2022, after previously filing for an IPO in October 2021.
BrightSpring Health Services planned to raise $1 billion in an IPO, Bloomberg News reported in September.
