Why should I take care of my pension? And how much pension do I get anyway? In this session, we will clarify all questions relating to the topic of old-age provision together with Professor Dr. Tabea Bucher-Koenen. The event takes place in cooperation with the “Digital Pension Cockpit”.
How much pension will I get – and will that be enough? Our German pension system is one of the most complex, and between statutory and company pension schemes, Riester and ETF savings plan, we all lose track.

Our expert
Prof. Dr. Tabea Bucher-Koenen teaches at the Chair of Financial Markets at the University of Mannheim. Her research interests include household finances and private and state pension systems.
The pension cockpit
The digital pension cockpit is the first option in Germany to include all components of old-age provision, automatically summarize and calculate them. Over five years, a team of scientists and financial experts around Prof. Dr. Andreas Hackethal from the Goethe University in Frankfurt used this instrument.
