Brigitte Macron creates a surprise by singing during a “karaoke”

This Friday, January 12, “Le Grand Contest des Animators” returned to TF1. The First Lady, Brigitte Macron, was there to co-host the show alongside Arthur and Didier Deschamps.

For the 35th anniversary of the Yellow PiecesTF1 decided to mark the occasion by launching an edition of Great animator competition for the benefit of the charitable operation. The show has a trio of hosts to ask questions to 18 personalities (including Booder, Élie Semoun, or even Karima Charni): Arthur, Didier Deschamps and… the First Lady, Brigitte Macron. Since January 10, she has helped to promote the campaign created by the Hospital Foundation, of which she is president.

Friday January 12, during the Grand Animator Competition, the wife of Emmanuel Macron and one-night presenter gave of herself. While the eleventh question focused on the lyrics of “Au bout de mes rêve” by Jean-Jacques Goldman, a cult song and anthem of the star Academy, Brigitte Macron tried to sing a song. To the great surprise of Arthur, who had fun: “I just check something off my to-do list which was to do karaoke with Brigitte Macron ! That’s done”, did he declare. The First Lady did not hesitate to reiterate a few minutes later, singing “Love me, please love me” by Michel Polnareff with the other candidates. “I love this song ! She is magnificent”, she confided. A few questions later, Brigitte Macron also accompanied the public and the candidates to sing “Like A Virgin” by Madonna.

The Yellow Pieces operation continues until February 4

As a reminder, the Yellow Coins operation was created in 1989 with the aim of raising as many funds as possible to improve projects linked to hospitals for children and adolescents. Then First Lady, Bernadette Chirac had taken charge of this campaign for many years, from 1994 to 2016; since then, Brigitte Macron has taken up the torch. During the Grand Animator Competition, each correct answer given by the candidates increased the amount given for the benefit of the Yellow Coins. The campaign continues to increase the amount: donations must be deposited at post offices before February 4, 2024.
