(CercleFinance.com) – Bristol Myers Squibb announces that its board of directors has unanimously elected Christopher Boerner as chairman of the board of directors, effective April 1, 2024, succeeding Giovanni Caforio who will then retire .
Christopher Boerner was named executive vice president and chief operating officer of the pharmaceutical group on April 26. He was then also chosen to take on the role of general manager (CEO) as of November 1.
