The royals get a special service in Canada
Christine Macintyre was mistress of Rideau Hall, the official residence of Queen Elizabeth, †96, in the Commonwealth state of Canada, and responsible for the well-being of the royals during visits. This also includes ensuring the perfect sleep. “After a long day of travel, there’s nothing like going into a bed that doesn’t feel like a hotel bed. And that’s what you’re trying to do: make it feel like they are [die Royals] in their own bed,” says Macintyre. As the British “Express” writes, Prince William, 40, never travels without his “Globe-Trotter” brand suitcase. It is rumored that his grandmother always left the house with a piece of chocolate cake in her handbag. The rumor that King Charles, 73, always carried his own toilet seat is actually just a rumour. “Don’t believe every crap you read,” the king told Australian radio station Brisbane’s Hit105.
