Prince William and Duchess Kate made one last stop on their "Christmas Express" tour – and met their family.

Prince William (38) and Duchess Kate (38) have made one last special stop on their "Christmas Express" tour, which took them across Great Britain by train. At Windsor Castle they met Queen Elizabeth II (94), Prince Charles (72), Duchess Camilla (73), Princess Anne (70), Prince Edward (56) and Sophie von Wessex (55). The members of the British royal family celebrated a rare family get-together in the corona pandemic. The Queen has not been seen at a public meeting with her family since the pandemic broke out in March, according to the Daily Mail.

Prince Philip (99), the Queen's husband, was not present at the public appearance in Windsor. The couple moved there after the outbreak of the pandemic. After a music serenade in front of the doors of the castle, the royals together thanked the volunteers and employees of charity organizations that help people through the Christmas season, it is said on twitter. For the special occasion, the head of the British royal family chose a festive look: the Queen appeared in a coat and hat in Christmas red.
