Britney Spears turned 39 on December 2nd. On her birthday, of all times, she caused an uproar among her fans.

Britney Spears (39) has birthday on December 2nd. However, she has been celebrating her special day for weeks – and the celebration is not supposed to end. Spears' friend Sam Asghari (26) shared a clip of the two on Instagram, in which he frustratedly pointed out that the couple had been celebrating their birthday for a month and it was time to put an end to it. Spears responds with an exaggeratedly indignant "No!" Obviously, this is all just a little show for the followers, but Asghari explains in the attached comment that the two also want to celebrate the birthday "until the end of the year".

She is his "queen"

For him, the pop princess is a real queen. He also shared a photo of a birthday cake that had "Happy Birthday My Queen" written on it. He also published another picture in an Instagram story that showed the same cake and "Happy Birthday" balloons. This was apparently created during a stay in Hawaii, as reported by the US magazine "People".

Spears also reported to Instagram and posted, among other things, a photo in which Asghari gives her a big smack on the cheek. However, fans worried about another recording released by Spears. On this it looks as if Asghari is about to choke her. "It's so uncomfortable. I hope you are fine," wrote a follower. Another confirmed that she was concerned about the placement of Asghari's hands.

The stars send congratulations

Numerous stars, including colleagues from the music industry, sent Spears congratulations. Beyoncé (39) published a large picture of a child on her website, which apparently shows the young Britney. Next to it is "Happy Birthday, Britney Spears". Mariah Carey congratulated in an Instagram comment with "Happy birthday, beautiful woman! Love you". "Oops! She did it again. Happy birthday," wrote Lionel Richie (71) to a picture of the two on Twitter – of course, based on Spears' hit "… Baby One More Time".

Just in time for the singer's 39th birthday, a new single was released. The song is called "Swimming in the Stars". The song can be heard on virtually all known streaming platforms and also on YouTube.
