Britney Spears’ lawyer heralds a new round in the dispute between the singer and her ex-husband.
Britney Spears’ (40) ex-husband Kevin Federline, 44, recently claimed that their sons allegedly haven’t seen their mother in months. According to media reports, he later published old, private videos on Instagram that allegedly showed Spears and her sons, and which are said to have been deleted in the meantime. Mathew Rosengart, the singer’s lawyer, now intervenes.

His “imprudent decision to release an old video of his 11 and 12-year-old children was cruel and low-level. It was abhorrent.” He also created legal problems for himself. Federline could therefore have violated laws against cyberbullying, among other things. Consequences for him are therefore probably not excluded.

“We will not tolerate any form of bullying,” Rosengart continues. Apparently, Spears’ legal team also contacted Instagram to ensure her ex-husband wasn’t violating the platform’s policies. “Whatever happens between her and her boys should remain private,” explains the lawyer.
Britney Spears recently responded to the claims made in Federline’s interview in an Instagram story that is no longer available. It saddens her “that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children”. As everyone knows, raising teenagers is never easy. “I gave them everything,” Spears continued. Now she only has one word for it: “painful”.
Spears and Federline tied the knot in 2004 and were married until 2007. A marriage to her childhood friend Jason Alexander (40) was previously annulled after just 55 hours. Spears and Asghari were married in June 2022.
