In 1998 Brooke Shields wore a red dress to be awarded the Golden Globes. Your daughter now presented the robe at her prom.

Like Mother like daughter! For her prom, Brooke Shields’ (56) daughter Rowan (18) wore a red robe that her mother presented at the 1998 Golden Globes. A photo of the two the actress now posted on her Instagram account. “I thought it was a special night when I was nominated for a Golden Globe and wore this dress in 1998. But nothing prepared me to see my daughter in it for her prom. Proud mom,” wrote Shields.

“Congratulations to your beautiful, smart and funny girl,” commented model Helena Christensen (52) under the post. “OH MY GOD, this is so SPECIAL! I can remember how you wore the dress during the night. And now your beautiful daughter can make new memories with it,” wrote “Will & Grace” star Debra Messing ( 52).

After her marriage to tennis star Andre Agassi (1997-1999), Brooke Shields, known from “The Blue Lagoon” among others, married the screenwriter Chris Henchy (57) in 2001. Daughter Rowan was born in 2003, and their second daughter, Grier Hammond Henchy, was born in 2006.
