Bruce Willis: one of his last appearances… As an evil genius with monsters!

Check out the trailer for Corrective Measures, a sci-fi thriller in which Bruce Willis is in prison with monsters.

Before ending his career due to his illness (he suffers from aphasia), Bruce Willis starred in numerous B films, including the science fiction thriller, Corrective Measures, available on VOD.

Adapted from the graphic novel by Grant Chastain and Fran Moyano, the film follows Julius “The Lobe” Loeb (Willis), an evil mastermind who stirs up trouble in a prison built for supervillains and located in San Tiburon.

The latter is home to monsters, cyborgs, and villains, all controlled by power suppressors, shock collars, or Hannibal Lecter-esque masks as seen in the trailer above.

Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy) plays Warden Devlin, the corrupt warden of the prison, whose goal is to get his hands on the fortune of Julius Loeb. But the Lobe is not very willing to part with its wealth…

The fragile peace that reigns turns into real chaos with the arrival of Payback (Dan Payne seen in Watchmen) and Diego Diaz (Brennan Mejia), a driver sentenced to an unjustified prison sentence. Tensions between inmates and staff escalate and order is officially turned upside down.

Directed by Sean O’Reilly, one of the screenwriters of Hawaii Five-0, the film was released on VOD and streaming in the United States on April 29.

Bruce Willis still has several films planned for 2022, including The Wrong Place, Wire Room and Fortress 2: Sniper’s Eye, which will be released on June 27 on Prime Video.
