Bruce Willis’ wife Emma Heming-Willis has offered a rare glimpse into her emotional life. You are “not doing well”.

Bruce Willis’ (68) family announced in February 2023 that the actor had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. The past few weeks and months have brought a lot of positive news about the sick Hollywood star. For example, his daughter Rumer Willis (34) shared pictures of her father holding his newborn granddaughter Louetta, or the star visited Disneyland with his family. But Willis’ second wife Emma Heming-Willis (45) has now posted a video on Instagram in which she offers an insight into her emotional world. In it, she explains that she is “not feeling well” and that her thoughts often go in dark directions.

Emma Heming-Willis: “I have to do my best”

Heming-Willis has to “do her best” every day, as the 45-year-old continues in the video. This is “really important” for her own sake, but also for her family. She goes on to say, “If we don’t take care of ourselves, we can’t take care of anyone else we love.”

For Heming-Willis, however, this represents “a conscious effort” that is not easy for her. Every day she would strive to “live the best life” she could. That’s what Heming-Willis is doing for her “two kids and Bruce,” who wouldn’t want her to “live any other way.”

Bruce Willis’ blended family

Hollywood star Bruce Willis has been married to Emma Heming-Willis since 2009. The couple have daughters Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, 9. Willis has three children with his previous wife, Demi Moore, 60: daughters Rumer, Tallulah, 29, and Scout LaRue Willis, 32. Rumer Willis gave birth to his first granddaughter, Louetta, just a few months ago. The blended family should spend a lot of time together.
