Ie Dot: You have been at the head of the metropolis for almost two years. How do you view your action? Bruno Bernard: The metropolis of Lyon has the powers of an agglomeration and those of a department with, in addition, the management of public transport. It is a community that is doing well financially, even if the Covid crisis has weakened its resources. It is an exceptional tool to act for the inhabitants. We use this capacity fully and in all areas. We have made progress on mobility, but also on industry, on waste and water management.
