In The original band on France Inter this Wednesday, April 5, the actor revealed a dramatic part of his life that could well have left him paralyzed. About twenty years ago, while he was at the Cours Florent, he was, in fact, “victim of a rather serious accident”. So much so that he even had to stop his apprenticeship when he was in second year.
Invited to relate in more detail this visibly harrowing experiencethe one who shares his life with Camille Wodling, photographer by profession, said: “There was a dance class at Cours Florent, except it was concrete with carpet […] and I was doing acrobatics. There were a lot of girls looking at me too, I did my smarts, flipped across the room.” But he missed one of his flips and, with the speed, the accident quickly became serious.

“I was a quadriplegic”
“At the time, I was a quadriplegic. My spine, my discs exploded and my spinal cord was severed. The luck that I had was that there was a guy who was there and who is became my friend, Charles Hugain, it is thanks to him that I met Alex Lutz…”, continued the actor. Before concluding on the precious act brought by this friend : “People wanted to pick me up and he yelled at them, saying, ‘No one touches him.’ It was the firefighters who turned me around and saw right away that it was extremely serious.” And the forties to specify thathe had had a disturbing experience at the time of this serious accident : “A very strange thing happened to me at the time of the shock […] I got out of my body! It’s very strange, it may seem strange to many people, there are certainly scientific explanations. But, in fact, I saw myself, there was no more space-time, then I came back to myself.” A “Renaissance” which he has, fortunately for him, kept almost no sequelae.
