Brussels opens an in-depth investigation into the merger between Orange Spain and MasMovil

Announced almost a year ago, the project of the two groups passed an important milestone on Monday, with the deadline for the first phase of examination carried out by the European antitrust. A cycle at the end of which the European Authority traditionally validates a concentration operation, or submits it to an in-depth examination (phase 2) with the need or not for competitive remedies.
