Brutal mode is aimed at seasoned V Rising players. It is really not recommended to start a first game on this difficulty, unless you are accompanied by someone who knows the basics of the game very well.
Brutal mode is sort of the hard or extreme mode of V Rising. It offers an intense experience putting the vampires of Vardoran to the test.
The Blood V, therefore the bosses, are stronger and adapt to your style of play. They inherit new movements and especially new strategies to stop your actions. They have more health points and their damage is considerably increased: they now constitute a real challenge.
As for humans or other Vardoran creatures, they deal more damage. They aren’t as polished as Blood V, but still pose a threat if you can’t deal with crowds. Visits to camps and fortresses will undoubtedly be much more complex and you will then have to pay attention to your opponents’ rounds to avoid having to consider a tactical withdrawal.
And if your opponents are stronger, so are the rewards.. Opponents will drop many more resources, especially the rarest. The developers give you all the cards to quickly gain power.
