BT: strategic partnership with ServiceNow


(CercleFinance.com) – BT Group and ServiceNow have announced a strategic partnership to improve customer and employee experiences.

This multi-year agreement will extend ServiceNow’s service management capabilities across all BT Group units, aiming to drive savings and improve efficiency.

BT will use ServiceNow Service Bridge for automated connection with its customers and will trial Now Assist for Telecom Service Management (TSM) to integrate generative AI into its teams.

Hena Jalil, Managing Director at BT Group, highlighted that this platform-based, AI-enhanced approach will ‘transform the customer experience’.
