Citroën intends to have a funny summer for those who are going to position themselves to try to acquire the new version of the My Ami Buggy electric city car. Indeed, after having declared in December 2022 to prepare a new production campaign of the My Ami Buggy, the manufacturer officially announces that this time, 50 copies will not be put on sale. Indeed, from June 20, 2023 at 10 a.m. (Paris time), you will be able to take part in the campaign and make a purchase, knowing that this time it is 1,000 units of the new My Ami Buggy that will be available.
You are therefore warned, if you do not want to miss anything from the calendar dedicated to the My Ami Buggy, you can always register directly on the sales page reserved for this model on the Citroën website. Among the known information, note a price increase of 700 euros compared to the model put on sale in 2022, set at 10,490 euros (excluding ecological bonus), against 9,790 euros previously.
If the holders of the My Ami Buggy 2022 were able to benefit from a numbered plate (from 1 to 50) making their vehicle “unique”, it will not be the same for the new version.

Due to its openings, it is always difficult to drive the My Ami Buggy in bad weather. Finally, unless you are not chilly. Is it enough to patrol the Côte d’Azur like Warrant Officer Gerber and Chief Marshal Cruchot? Up to you. Otherwise, the e-Mehari can try to revive potential memories for the most nostalgic. And for lovers of good taste, the thermal Mehari remains on the second-hand market, although in the grip of serious speculation for a few years now.
