(CercleFinance.com) – The simplified joint stock company Eufor declared to the AMF that it had crossed downward, on April 4, 2024, the thresholds of 50% of voting rights and 1/3 and 30% of the capital of the company Bureau Veritas and hold 120,276,904 Bureau Veritas shares representing 240,553,808 voting rights, or 26.50% of the capital and 41.23% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market sale of Bureau Veritas shares.
