(Boursier.com) — Bureau Veritas regained 0.6% to 27.40 euros this Friday, helped this time by the broker Redburn which returned to ‘purchase’ on the file with a target of 34 euros. Yesterday, UBS had already raised its recommendation on the certification specialist from ‘sell’ to ‘neutral’ while raising its target from 24 to 29 euros. The broker has significantly raised its organic growth forecast and now expects stable or increasing margins for the company’s portfolio…
JP Morgan, for its part, took over coverage of 5 names in the European business services sector last month, with the French group and Experian being its first choices. The bank thus appreciates high-growth, high-quality securities with optionality at balance sheet level: Inflation should provide continued support across the sector, while wage growth has declined in the United States, but still remains higher in certain parts of Europe…
The broker therefore expects increased activity in terms of mergers and acquisitions, or at least clear comments on this subject from several companies, including BVI. JPM is therefore ‘overweight’ on Bureau Veritas with a target of 31 euros.
