Bureau Veritas posts organic growth of 5.8% in the third quarter – 10/25/2023 at 6:32 p.m.


(AOF) – Bureau Veritas achieved turnover of 1.424 billion euros in the third quarter of 2023, up 6.1% at constant rates, including 5.8% on an organic basis. The testing, inspection and certification specialist highlights that the third quarter was “particularly strong in the previous year”. Internal growth was supported by the Marine & Offshore activity (+13.4%), Industry (+16.2%) and Certification (+11.7%). Revenues fell by 2.3% in published data.

“Based on the performance of the first nine months, the solid sales pipeline and the significant growth opportunities linked to Sustainability and the energy transition”, Bureau Veritas expects for the full year 2023 to deliver moderate organic growth to high single-digit turnover; a stable adjusted operating margin at constant exchange rate and cash flow at a high level, with a cash conversion rate above 90%.

A new entity in employee benefits

Pluxee, the division specializing in employee benefits of the services giant Sodexo, will take off on the stock market in 2024.
