(CercleFinance.com) – Bureau Veritas is organizing its Investor Day today during which it will present its 2028 strategy and its financial ambitions. This new LEAP I 28 strategy aims to mark a turning point in terms of growth and performance.
For the 2028 ambitions, the group targets high single-digit total revenue growth (with moderate to high single-digit organic growth), constant improvement in adjusted operating margin, double-digit shareholder return. figures based on EPS CAGR growth and dividend yield, as well as a strong cash flow conversion rate (above 90%).
To support its strategy and reflect its financial health, Bureau Veritas intends to acquire its own shares for a maximum amount of 200 million euros in 2024.
