(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on August 12 from the AMF, the company Wellington Management Group LLP, acting on behalf of funds and clients, declared that on August 11 it crossed the 5% threshold of the company’s capital Office Veritas. It holds, on behalf of these funds and clients, 22,708,346 Bureau Veritas shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.99% of the capital and 3.64% of the company’s voting rights.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Bureau Veritas shares on the market.
