(CercleFinance.com) – Wellington Management Group, acting on behalf of funds and clients, declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on August 11, the threshold of 5% of the capital of Bureau Veritas, a threshold crossing which results from a sale of shares on the market.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said funds and clients, 22,708,346 Bureau Veritas shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.99% of the capital and 3.64% of the voting rights of the inspection services group and certification.
