Burkhalter: Ex-Poenina chief still owns 6.61% after share sale

Zurich (awp) – The former managing director (CEO) of Poenina, Jean Claude Bregy, second shareholder of the construction technician Burkhalter, still holds 676,000 shares, or 6.61% of the capital of the merged group, against 8.76 % previously, following the sale of 200,000 shares after a lock-up period of one year.

The package of shares in question was bought by the main shareholder, Ingro Finanz, whose stake now exceeds the 10% threshold, the Zurich-based company said in a press release issued Thursday after the stock market closed.

About the titles he kept, Jean Claude Bregy for his part expressed his intention to “keep these shares in (his) possession for a long time” and assured not to plan a subsequent sale.
