A suspected moped theft turned out to be a drug offence.
On Monday afternoon, the police officers caught an 18-year-old: a caller reported to the police that a stranger was working on a moped in the underground car park of an apartment building – the man assumed it was theft. which has apparently been repaired. However, there was no trace of the man. However, the police officers were able to secure two bags of cannabis herb in the front panel. The officers searched the vehicle owner. According to the order of the Salzburg public prosecutor’s office, a house search was carried out on the man in Salzburg-liefering. Together with a drug sniffer dog, two more bags and a cannabis nursery with five flowering plants and accessories were secured in the 18-year-old’s room. The Salzburger was fully confessed.
