Lidl offers a Fischer e-mountain bike in its online shop for just 999 euros. The reviews speak for themselves.

Are you currently looking for a cheap, new e-bike – preferably an e-mountain bike? Then Lidl’s current offer could be interesting. The discounter offers a model from Fischer for just 999 euros. The bike has good reviews in the online shop, with buyers praising the good price-performance ratio.
How is the equipment? The Fischer bike offers 27.5-inch tires, a 9-speed derailleur and hydraulic disc brakes. The suspension fork is a simple but solid model from SR Suntour.
In contrast to more expensive e-mountain bikes, the battery is not located in the frame, but rests on the down tube. The capacity is 422.4 watt hours, which, according to the manufacturer, should be enough for a range of up to 120 kilometers.
There is no exact information about the engine. It is a rear engine that sits in the rear wheel. It is probably the “Silent Drive” from Bafang, which offers a support force of 45 Newton meters.
Simple but solid
Further equipment includes a pushing aid, a stand and a bell. The scope of delivery also includes a lighting and tool set and a charger. Overall, the Fischer mountain bike offers very simple features, which are, however, appropriate for the low price.
From our point of view, the e-mountain bike is particularly suitable for smaller tours, even off asphalt roads, and as an inexpensive entry-level model. However, for extreme terrain or difficult trails, you should choose a higher quality model.
