By helicopter to the hospital – four injured in a serious traffic accident


For an as yet unexplained cause, an accident occurred late on Friday evening on the B56 in Burgenland. A total of four people were injured in the collision of two cars. A seriously injured person had to be flown to the hospital in an emergency doctor’s helicopter.

It is still unclear why the two cars collided on the B56 between Güssing and Strem. A total of four occupants were injured, some seriously, by the force of the collision.

Injured in the hospital
Three people were transported by ambulance to the hospital in Güssing. A person involved in the accident had to be flown to the hospital in Oberwart due to his serious injuries. Some of the vehicles involved in the accident suffered considerable damage.
