Almost a week after saying goodbye to Alessandra Sublet on the show C Canteloup, TF1 would have already found her replacement. According to our colleagues from TV Mag, the channel would have set its sights on another well-known host of the group.
This Friday, May 20, Alessandra Subletbid farewell to C Canteloup. After four years of good and loyal service, the host bowed out to turn to a career as an actress. “I greet you. I kiss all the teams of Canteloup and to Nicolas, a big thank you for these four years”, she said, very moved, at the end of the humorous program of TF1. It was on April 7 in the columns of Parisian that Alessandra Sublet announced her departure from the show.
But now, TF1 must find someone to replace her. And according to information from our colleagues at TV Magazinethe first channel in Europe would have chosen the journalist Helene Mannarino to succeed Alessandra Sublet at the head of C Canteloup.
An in-house journalist to take over from Alessandra Sublet
TF1 did not have to look far to find the rare pearl because Hélène Mannarino is a face already well known to the television group. Indeed, the 31-year-old journalist joined the TF1 Group in 2017, after a stint on C8. She has notably presented investigative magazines such as Emergency Calls on TFX, or entertainment Retroscopy on TMC, as well as a game produced by Alexia Laroche-Joubert, the Big Quiz, on TF1. And since September 2021, she co-presents La Matinale on LCI with Stefan Etcheverry. Both a journalist and a host, she seems to have all the qualities to brilliantly ensure the difficult succession of Alessandra Sublet. In any case, according to TV Mag, the first pilots recorded with Nicolas Canteloup would have already convinced the management.
