What are the eligibility conditions?
The back-to-school allowance is intended for the most modest families, is allocated to each child, whether he is a schoolboy, college students, high school student, student or apprentice. To be eligible, the beneficiary must be between 6 and 18 years old.
For the start of the 2021 school year, this aid concerns children born between September 16, 2003 and December 31, 2015 inclusive. Younger children, but already in school are also concerned, when applying, it is sufficient to present a school certificate.
Second essential condition for benefiting from this back-to-school allowance: having a child enrolled in a public or private educational establishment or body. The ARS is not awarded when the child is educated within his family (home school).
