BERLIN (Reuters) – German trade union Verdi on Saturday called for a strike by security personnel at several airports on Monday, including Berlin, which it said would lead to flight cancellations and the formation of long queues. ‘waiting.

In addition to the international airport of the German capital, the airports of Hamburg, Hanover and Bremen are also affected.

The union has been in dispute with management for years over the issue of pay for working hours at night, weekends and public holidays.
