Call of Duty 2023 has not yet received a proper title or release date. But Activision may soon introduce the upcoming shooter.

As industry insider Tom Henderson reports, the reveal of Call of Duty 2023 is scheduled to take place on August 1st. Henderson also assumes there will be no further information on the upcoming shooter during this year’s PlayStation Live stream.

Two beta phases

Call of Duty 2023 is rumored to be a sequel to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Henderson also names two beta phases for the shooter. The first test phase could take place from October 6th to October 10th for PS4 and PS5.

Players with PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One, on the other hand, should only be able to test Call of Duty 2023 from October 12th to 16th.

According to Henderson, the release date for the shooter is November 10, 2023, with early access taking place on November 2nd.
