There will be an exclusive live stream for Call of Duty Black Ops 6 on June 9th. As Activision has announced, you can expect the first gameplay scenes from the upcoming shooter, among other things.
During this event, the developer studio could also announce which platforms the game will be released on. After there have only been leaks so far, the first official information is now available.
Release for consoles
There is an entry for Call of Duty Black Ops 6 in the PlayStation and Xbox Store. These entries confirm that the upcoming title will be released for both the old and new generation of consoles.
Accordingly, the shooter is playable on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. There is hardly any indication of a release for Nintendo Switch so far. In a podcast (from minute 14:08), Xbox boss Phil Spencer merely hinted that Call of Duty titles will also be released for Nintendo consoles in the future.
